Your body plan should be as individual as you are.
Everything You Need to Feel Confident
Questions are part of making an informed decision. Here are a few things clients often want to know before getting started.
Which body treatment is best for my goals?
That depends on what you want to change, whether that’s contour, muscle tone, skin firmness or texture. Every plan starts with a consultation. We look at your anatomy, your goals and your health history, then recommend the treatment or combination that fits. You’ll leave with a clear plan, not a one-size-fits-all package.
Can body treatments replace exercise or weight loss?
No. Body treatments are designed to refine and complement a healthy lifestyle, not replace it. They work best for people who are already close to their goals and want help with stubborn areas, tone or skin quality.
Can several body technologies be combined?
Yes, when it’s clinically appropriate. Different technologies target different things. Some focus on contour, some on muscle tone, and others on skin firmness or lymphatic support. Combining them lets us address more than one concern in a thoughtful way. Your provider will decide whether a combined approach makes sense for you during your consultation.
How many treatments might I need?
It varies from person to person. The number of sessions depends on the area you’re treating, the technology used and your individual goals. Most body treatments are given as a series, with some clients choosing maintenance sessions afterward. Your provider will suggest a schedule during your consultation, and we’ll adjust it as you go.
